Antaris MX is a continuous-mode FT-NIR analyser that measures production in real time, ensuring a stable quality. The system is available as a two-channel or four-channel configuration and produces simultaneous data from each desired measuring point. Real-time on-line/in-line measuring ensures that even the smallest changes in production can be detected immediately, and not when it is too late.

- The system itself only measures spectra, but when the spectra are connected to the sample-specific reference values, calibration models can be set to determine unknown contents
- Available as either a 2-channel or 4-channel system

- 4 cm-1 resolution across spectral range
- Wavenumber accuracy ± 0.1 cm-1

- SMA 905 connection for optical fibres
- The system’s operating temperature is 15–35 oC, but naturally measuring is possible in even hot conditions with the help of optical fibres and suitable probes/cells
- Results can be sent to the customer’s process control system digitally with the OPC protocol or via a 4 – 20 mA analogue interface
