General

The sample is dried using microwaves, after which the fat content is measured with an NMR system. The technology achieves the same level of accuracy as the reference method, and time-consuming maintenance calibration or hazardous chemicals are not needed at all. The measuring time is sample-specific, consisting of drying (1–5 minutes) and fat content measuring (10 seconds).
