Verified accuracy and repeatability

You can always rely on the performance of the Mastersizer 3000+. Of course, accuracy and reproducibility can always be verified against standards. The Mastersizer 3000+ user can always be confident that

accuracy of 0.6 % measured to polystyrene standards
repeatability is better than 0.5 %, and
repeatability better than 1%, well above the recommendations of ISO 13320:2020 or USP standards.

Compact size

With a size of only 69 cm x 30 cm, the device can be placed in even the smallest of spaces.

Automatic alignment and sensing cell detection

Correct optics alignment is critical for accurate and repeatable particle size measurements. The instrument automatically aligns the optics before each measurement. In addition, the instrument automatically identifies the measurement cell and ensures that the cell is correctly positioned.

This means that measurements can be made in both aqueous dispersion and organic solvents, for example, without the need to call in a service technician to align the instrument. This saves you time and money.

Easy to clean

All measuring cells have a quick-locking mechanism for the lenses, allowing the cell windows to be cleaned without the need for tools. This allows cleaning to be carried out quickly, saving time and making the instrument more efficient.
