OMNISEC GPC/SEC

The OMNISEC system consists of three components:

OMNISEC Resolve

OMNISEC Resolve combines an integrated pump, degasser, autosampler and column oven.

• The low-pulsation isocratic pump is ideal for SEC separation
  • Improved resolution
  • More repeatable separations
• Injection repeatability 0.2%
• Temperature-controlled autosampler
  • Cooling for easily degradable samples
  • Heating to reduce sample viscosity (such as samples in DMSO)
• Injections from vials or 96-well/384-well microtiter plates
• Smaller and more effective degasser – makes it quicker to switch and stabilise solvents
• High-volume column oven with precise temperature control
  • The oven can fit 6 SEC columns or
  • 1 vertical GE Tricorn 300/10 column

OMNISEC Reveal

OMNISEC Reveal is a fully integrated multi-detector module for the characterisation of synthetic and natural polymers and proteins.

• Market-leading light scattering sensitivity
• Excellent baseline stability, which allows for outstanding sensitivity for low-concentration samples
• Self-balancing viscometer detector
• Extensive UV/VIS wavelength, which ensures suitability for all applications
• Easy and intuitive to use

OMNISEC software

• Fully upgraded software (version 10) that makes GPC/SEC analyses even easier than before

• Through the temperature control on the automated sample feeder, proteins can be prevented from breaking down and polymers’ solubility can be improved.
• Zero-waste injections out of sample bottles or a 96-well microtiter plate.
• The low-volume gas extractor accelerates moving phase transition.
• The inert pressure sensors on the viscometer function in and withstand a wide pH range.
• Temperature adjustment reduces back pressure
• The user can change the capillary module on the viscometer themselves, which saves time and money spent on maintenance
• The integrated pump cleaning system slows down the wear on the seals
