The Teledyne Labs QuickTrace® M-7600 mercury analyzer can be used for the analysis of water, wastewater, soil, sediment, and tissue samples.

The Teledyne Labs QuickTrace® M-7600 is designed for routine and research use and has multiple applications in environmental laboratories, industrial quality assurance and research applications. Virtually all aqueous acidified samples are suitable.

The QuickTrace® M-7600 analysers are based on Cold Vapor Atomic Absorption (CVAA) technology. The typical detection limit for mercury with the M-7600 is less than 0.5 ng/l, but the measurement technology is very robust and the instrument is capable of analysing samples above 500 µg/l without dilution or instrument modification.

Sample introduction can be done manually or with a sample changer. The laboratory can choose to start with a manual sample feeder and, as needs change, have the flexibility to add an ASX-280 or ASX-560 sample changer at a later date.
