Sprint is a fast and safe system for measuring protein content. Why would you measure protein content by calculating it via nitrogen when you can use Sprint to determine the true protein content of your food samples? All of this is done safely and reliably in less than five minutes. Sprint makes your lab greener as it does not use hazardous chemical in the analysis.

Measure the protein content of your food samples quickly and accurately with the automated Sprint analyser from CEM.

The system measures the protein content directly (not calculating it through measuring nitrogen content), replacing the Kjeldahl method.
The Sprint method is based on the water-soluble iTAG colour reagent that binds with the protein, allowing content to be determined photometrically.
The Sprint system does not require sulphuric acid
The technology is AOAC and AACC compliant internationally
The sample is weighed into a cup with a scale attached to Sprint, and placed inside the instrument
